Lily Marthaler

Educator Outreach Representative

Lily serves as an Educator Outreach Specialist at WIDA, providing guidance and responsive support to educators. Her background includes teaching English Language Arts and working in high-volume customer support settings, giving her a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and educator-centered service.

Lily earned her master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from UW—Madison and her bachelor's degree in English and History also from UW-Madison. She is passionate about ensuring that every educator feels heard, informed, and supported.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys hiking and trying new recipes.
